In celebration of its 10th anniversary, myGwork, the world’s largest LGBTQ+ business platform, is extending a special opportunity to attendees of this year’s WorkPride Conference. According to a press release by the company, the first 500 registrants for WorkPride 2024 will receive complimentary access to myGwork’s award-winning allyship course, underscoring the event’s commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces globally.

Taking place June 17-21, WorkPride will gather thousands of virtual attendees from around the world. This year’s event has over 60 panels and workshops, delivered by more than 250 experts, offering LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates, allies and employers a platform to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.

The 2024 WorkPride conference is also a celebration for myGwork’s 10th anniversary. The conference will highlight significant milestones, including recent investments exceeding £3 million, which have doubled the platform’s global team to approximately 40 employees and expanded its international reach.

Over the last 10 years, myGWork has worked to advance LGBTQ+ inclusion for over 350 corporate partners, including FTSE 100 companies. The platform helps attract and retain LGBTQ+ talent while enhancing employer brand visibility for the community. It has also attracted an average of over 230,000 monthly job applications. Additionally, it reaches a global readership of more than 2 million and boasts a professional networking community of over half a million members, including LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates and allies.

At this year’s WorkPride, myGwork co-founders Adrien and Pierre Gaubert will share their vision for the platform’s next decade, including eradicating workplace discrimination and promoting authenticity and career advancement for all.

“As we celebrate a decade of myGwork, we are immensely proud of the strides we have made in advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion within workplaces globally,” said the Gauberts. “Our journey has been marked by profound moments of progress and meaningful collaborations thanks to our corporate and community partners, all of which have contributed to creating environments where authenticity is celebrated and diversity thrives.”
